MySportTraining allows you to log all your strength and cardio workouts, as well as your vital signs, with details. The program shows your performance using various views. The daily view shows you each workout in details for a given day, as well as health data you entered. The monthly view allows you to glance at all your workouts for a given month. The report view displays a list of key information for any period. The graph view displays various graphs about your performance and health, also for any period. MySportTraining supports heart rate monitor-based training and even calculates your training zones. English and Metric measurement units. Allows you to filter out some activities to review your performance. Optionally reminds you (at the time and day you choose) to measure your weight and resting heart rate, and later see a chart of those values. MySportTraining is customizable and user friendly!
