Lease Pro lets you calculate all leases, including auto, equipment and property.

Variables include Price, Cost, Down Payment, Interest Rate, Months, Number of Advance Payments, Points (Fees), and Residual Value Percentage.

You can compute Cost, Payment, Interest Rates, Months, or the Residual Value Percentage. Use the Depreciation table to view period-by-period information, including beginning and ending balances, payment, principal, interest amounts and much more.

This new update includes support for Colour, Separate equations for auto and commercial leases, Export to memo pad function for saving, beaming and printing, and more. Requires 64k of palm memory.
