Appointment Book is designed for use at the front desk in professional and small business offices. It can service up to 20 persons per book and provide printouts of individual appointment lists.

Templates for detailed scheduling of each day of the week are provided. Multiple books can be installed and run side by side using Windows' multitasking environment so that separate books can be opened for centralized scheduling of persons working at different locations.

Features include weekly screen views, appointment lengths ranging from 10 to 240 minutes, new printout formats, cell colour coding, automatic blockout of cells for extended appointments and enhanced copy/cut/paste/delete functions.
