WorkKeeper Professional prepares quotes by selecting material & labour items from lists then adding any other text.

You can change the charge-out rate on individual quotes without affecting the standard price if want to give sharper price for a certain job.

Once a quote has been accepted a Job Sheet is generated directly from the quote info, so you don't need to enter any info twice. Job Sheets show client details, job description items included in quote.

Purchase orders for supplier materials can be generated automatically. Invoices can be printed and if necessary can include additional costs not originally quoted. Also a reminders feature allows entry of To-Do Notes for reminders at a later date.
