With Theme Maker you can create or capture any image and use it as your Windows cursors, icons or desktop wallpaper.

Any Image can be captured. For cursors and icons, you can even add transparent areas using the editor. Just drag and drop the new image on to the cursor you wish to change, then add wallpaper and sounds to complete the desktop theme.

Themes can be saved as zip files or self installing exe files. Themes can also contain banners and links to your own website.

Theme Maker is licensed as freeware and is therefore free to download, use and keep.
