IconPackager lets you change all the icons in your system by applying themes to them. You can then save your custom icons in one file, creating a "package".

You can easily try out new desktop icon themes with very little effort. The program integrates with WindowBlinds which can change the title bars, push buttons, scroll-bars, min/max buttons and more, but you can also use it as a standalone product.

IconPackager also comes with TweakShell, a powerful shell editor that lets you enable many hidden features in Explorer in a safe way.

Included are thousands of the best icons currently available on the Internet, and a number of icon packages created by some of the top artists in the icon community.
