A brand-new mind boggling strategy game of great ability and needed ambition. A player is given the option to choose between three distinct races: Elven, Human, and Greenskins. Each race has its own strengths and weaknesses, and the player must know them all if they hope to succeed. In battle, when a unit achieves victory it will gain experience and progress through a series of levels. The higher the level the better the unit becomes, like strength increases, more range, and accuracy. The player can also find better weapons, items, and amour that will make each individual unit more adapted to the battle field. In this commercial demo, the player is limited to one campaign. Another thing to note, is that the demo is mostly in German. Although a bit disorienting, the interface is straightforward enough that it can be played with minor difficulty. This download is the free trial version of Rival Realms. The full version can be purchased directly from the author. See program documentation for details. |
