PictureMore manages image data to be used on WEB pages of the Internet and on Windows. You can paint, retouch, convert, animate image, composition, trimming, change colour tone, change colour modes, display capture, print, and more.

The program gives you the ability to read and write File Types : GIF, BMP, JPEG (EXIF, OLYMPUS are included), ICO, CUR, ANI, AVI, PNG, TIFF, TGA, XBM, XPM, PCX, PIX, RAS, and ORM.

PictureMore has multiple windows functions for editing purposes and a frame transparency overlapping function. It is English and Japanese Windows environment compatible.
