FrameMaster is a basic graphics editor which is geared towards embellishing photos by applying stunning frames and border effects to them. There are many features for enhancing your photos.

FrameMaster provides over 100 ornate frames and many different border effects to touch up photos. You can add a drop shadow effect as well as convert images to buttons.

FrameMaster Supports most graphic formats (JPG, BMP, TIF, PCX, etc.). Some editing features include, zooming, scaling, cropping, and rotating.

The program also has scanning and printing options, allowing you to choose various photo sizes and to create a sheet of wallet-sized photos.

This download is the free trial version of FrameMaster. The full version can be purchased directly from the author for around $22.95 USD. See program documentation for details.
