Mediathumb is an image viewer and file manager. It makes thumbnails of all your image files.

Features include: Batch converter, image file search, file conversion, image manipulation, printing utility, drag & drop between applications, You can rename one or many images at once. MediaThumb supports many image formats including: bmp, dib, gif, jif, jpeg, jpg, pbm, pcx, pgm, png, ppm, tif, tga, wmf, emf, ico, and pcd.

It can also catalog of your cd-rom images, this is very useful when you work with cd-roms because you can always see the thumbnails even if the cdrom is not in the unit.
