AceReader Pro is a training tool that can be used to assess and track your reading level, and as an online reading tool to help you read more efficiently. The program utilises Tachistoscope Technology to pace your reading and is designed for all ages. You can assess and improve your reading skills with comprehension tests, drills and games. Drills will automatically adjust the training speed relative to your personal reading ability. Test results are logged and graphed for accountability. With the Online Reader you can rapidly read and skim text from web pages and other sources in RSVP mode, meaning the words come to your eyes instead of your eyes going to the words. Features and options include font, background colour, mode (Center Text or Eye Trainer Scroll), number of words or lines per flash, column width, delays (if certain punctuation or long words are found), set burst reading lengths, speeds (word or character based), read timer/alarm, search-n-read, bookmarks. You can customise your own hotkeys, create your own preset option settings, and create custom drills with the Drill Editor. There are 3 versions of this product: AceReader Pro, AceReader Pro Deluxe which is recommended if you want the Test Editor and Readability Statistics, or if more than one person will be training on the product in a non-networked environment, and AceReader Pro Deluxe Network which is recommended for networked, reading lab and school environments and includes central administration. You can remove individual test scores and flip back and forth between story and quiz to simulate real world test taking while also keeping track of story reading speed. Canceled tests can now be logged. Other features include a Startup Wizard screen, the ability to Import/Export custom content (Comprehension Tests, Drills), and Eye Fixation Games.
