MP3Detective is a powerful program with a friendly user interface that allows you to search all your music folders or drives for MP3 music with specified text within their names.

Simply click the result's names to play any or all of the results on your default jukebox. You will no longer have to remember which folder each song is in, or need to go searching through folders and subfolders to find what you want to hear.

The List Maker function enables you to create sorted Text or HTML file lists of all your MP3's. The program also provides a 'Play-All' and 'Random' option to play all the songs found with a single click.

Additional features include built in colour schemes (Skins), an ID3V1 Tag editor and File information, tray support, full drag and drop and more.
