Explorer Assistant XP is a great enhancement for the regular Windows Explorer. It allows you to run just one instance of Windows explorer, and see the files in different folders, at the same time.

You can easily manage files: copy and move, open and delete files, just as usual. Explorer Assistant supports the typical drag & drop handling of files. Its fully interoperable with "standard" Explorer or the desktop. With Explorer Assistant XP, you can even set fovourites with different folders and move from one folder to another just by clicking a button.
