The program lets you protect and sign all of the text in a document, spreadsheet, etc., or just parts of it You can protect different paragraphs, cells, words, or letters with different protection keys and different signatures if your requirements are complex. Using ContentAssurity you can be assured that the content you view is indeed genuine, who created it, and that only people you choose can see it. Use ContentAssurity to digitally sign specific parts of document(s) so others can verify who created the content and that it has not been modified, only let certain people view specific parts of a document, securely send email / IM message text and provide an audit trail of an agreement/contract or proof of what took place. By digitally signing content you identify who originated a piece of information in a document, spreadsheet, etc. ContentAssurity complies with the requirements of the European Digital Signature regulations. There is no 'dynamic content' or 'hidden code'. What you see is what you sign and nothing else. ContentAssurity lets multiple people sign the same content, just the same as multiple people signing a paper document. The date and time of each signature is recorded, as is the people for whom it was protected, so that a full audit trail of the actions on that content is available to each recipient. The content is verified at each step. If any user changes the content the system automatically starts a new session and updates the content history.
